Terms

Last updated July 1, 2026

This page summarizes the terms for NativeSoul in plain language. The full, governing terms are the End-User License Agreement (EULA) shipped with the software. If anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA controls.

What you're buying

A single paid license to NativeSoul for $29 (one-time). There is no free tier. Your purchase includes one year of updates from the date of purchase, and you keep the build you have forever. A future major version is an optional, discounted renewal — your existing version keeps working.

License

Your license is for your own use across your machines. NativeSoul is closed source; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish the software. Removing NativeSoul with nativesoul uninstall restores your host configuration.

Payments & refunds

Payments and licensing are handled by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. They handle applicable taxes and billing. You can request a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

License validation

NativeSoul validates your license online about once a day, with an offline grace period. This is disclosed in full in the EULA. No usage telemetry is collected, and your code and memory never leave your machine.
