NativeSoul is local-first. This page explains, plainly, what stays on your machine and which product requests leave it.
What stays on your machine
Your code, your memory, and the files you shape (SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, and everything under ~/.nativesoul/) live in local files and stay there. NativeSoul never copies your credentials — each tool keeps its own. There is no usage telemetry.
License validation
To keep your license active, NativeSoul performs an online license check roughly once a day through our payments provider, Dodo Payments. It works with an offline grace period. This is the standard licensing check for a paid product and is covered by the EULA.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. Your payment details are handled by them, not by NativeSoul. See the Dodo Payments privacy policy.
Verify it yourself
You don't have to take our word for it. Run ls ~/.nativesoul/ to see the local files, nativesoul doctor for a health check, and nativesoul audit list to inspect NativeSoul's recorded operations. Host actions remain outside NativeSoul's control.
This website
This launch build sends no Google Analytics, Meta, X, or other advertising-pixel requests. Optional website measurement is off by default and your privacy choice is stored only in this browser. Choosing “Allow if measurement is enabled later” does not enable a tracker in this release; choosing “Keep it off” or withdrawing consent stops optional collection. You can change the choice with “Privacy choices” or clear this site’s browser storage.
The documented minimum funnel dictionary covers only consented page views, checkout starts, checkout-detail submission, and server-verified purchases. It rejects buyer identifiers, email, payment and license identifiers, code, prompts, credentials, paths, workspace and memory content. No funnel events are sent, retained, or accessible in this release.
